Venue Layout Co-ordinator
| Purpose: Co-ordinate the placement of displays and other areas such as Resources & Registrations outside of the main arena according to the theme of the year. | |
| Commitment Level: Pre-Event: As needed Event: 1- 2 Days Friday 9.00am – 9.45pm Saturday 8.15am – 9.30pm |
Responsibilities: Pre-Event: Attend briefing session, liaise with Team Leaders and Co-ordinators; commit to being logically creative. Event: Direct volunteers |

Works closely with: Resource, Registration & Security Team Leaders |
Responsibilities pre-Event:
| 1. | Pray for Event. |
| 2. | Commit to attend a briefing session to familiarise yourself with venue and Event information. |
| 3. | Liaise with Security, Resource & Registration Team Leaders to ascertain their needs. |
| 4. | Work out a plan, and organise signs, props and displays according to the theme of the Event. |
| 5. | Direct Set-up volunteers prior to Event commencing. |
Responsibilities during Event:
| 1. | Arrange changes to areas once busy times have finished eg: Registrations Friday night. |
| 2. | Be on hand to assist and advise if needed. |
| 3. | Otherwise sit back and enjoy the program. |
Additional Information:
| Cost: | $8.00 (Volunteers T-shirt) Lunch & Dinner provided on Saturday. |
| Uniform: | Black or dark trousers and comfortable shoes to be provided by attendee. Volunteers T-shirt will be provided by PK, which you will pick up on arrival at the Event. |
