Nick was a New Zealand Police Officer for over 25 years. Specialising in youth work, he spearheaded police initiatives that had astonishing results in reducing youth offending in his patch. He has been widely recognised with a bucketful of awards (which he is too modest to tell you about). He is now the Manager of the Pacific Youth Development Strategy for the Ministry of Social Development. Nick is a top communicator who really connects with his audience. He is happily married, has three teenage daughters and will be speaking at Christchurch and Auckland this year. |
