Event & Resource Set-Up Team
| EVENT SET-UP TEAM |

| Purpose: Set up the venue in preparation for the Event. | |
| Commitment Level: Event: 1 Day Friday 10.00am – 3.00pm |
Responsibilities: Pre-Event: Help set up Registrations/ Resource sales area, displays, signage, Man Bag inserts etc. as directed by Event Set-up Team Leader. |
| Reports to: Event Set-up Team Leader |
Works closely with: Resource Set-up Team |
Responsibilities pre-Event:
| 1. | Pray for Event. |
| 2. | Help recruit volunteers. |
| 3. | Help set up areas for Registrations, Resources, Coaching, displays, also signage, auditorium, stage, Man Bag inserts etc. as directed by Event Set-up Team Leader. |
| 4. | May also assist Resource Set-up Team as necessary – see below. |
| RESOURCE SET-UP TEAM |

| Purpose: Set up the Resource area. Arrange merchandise, place signage around, set up displays. |
|
| Commitment Level: Event: 1 Day Friday 10.00am – 3.00pm |
Responsibilities: Event: Help set up Resource area, arrange merchandise & displays and set up signage, as directed by Resource Set-up Team Leader. |
| Reports to: Resource Set-up Team Leader |
Works closely with: Resource Team |
Responsibilities:
| 1. | Pray for Event. |
| 2. | Help recruit volunteers. |
| 3. | Remove boxes from pallets and place in Resource area as directed. |
| 4. | Move empty pallets. |
| 5. | Open product boxes. |
| 6. | Set up product displays. |
| 7. | Break down empty boxes. |
| 8. | Assist Resource Team Leader as necessary. |
