Resource Sales Team
| Purpose: Staff the working level positions for retail sales and assistance. These include customer assistance, cashier and cashier assistance. |

| Commitment Level: Pre-Event: up to 3 hours (training session) Event: 1 - 2 Days Friday 5.00 – 9.45pm Saturday 8.15am – 9.30pm |
Responsibilities: Pre-Event: Attend training session. During Event: Work as directed in retail sales or customer assistance. |

Responsibilities pre-Event:
| 1. | Pray for the Event. |
| 2. | Commit to the training session to familiarise yourself with resources and tills. |
Responsibilities during Event:
| 1. | Cashier | |
| i | Enter customer sales in register (efficiently and correctly). | |
| ii. Able to use Eftpos efficiently. Watch for any declines and signatures required. | ||
| iii. Ensure you have all equipment needed for the tills (stapler, pens, sellotape, GST stamp, cheque stamp, scissors). | ||
| 2. | Customer Assistance: | |
| i. Assist customers with products (size, colour, availability, etc). | ||
| 3. | Cashier Assistant: | |
| i. | Bag the merchandise at the counter. | |
| ii. | Ensure displays are organised and ‘shopper-friendly’. | |
| iii. | Restock merchandise in the breaks. | |
| iv. | Help keep the counters clear of stock. | |
| v. | Help keep the resource area clean and neat (break down cardboard boxes, remove rubbish). | |
| vi. | Notify Resource Team Leaders of any labelling/price discrepancies. | |
Additional Information:
| Cost: | $8.00 for Volunteers T-shirt. Lunch & Dinner provided on Saturday. |
| Uniform: | Black or dark trousers and comfortable shoes to be provided by attendee. Please note you may need a long sleeved top for warmth at times. PK Volunteers T-shirt will be provided by PK, which you will pick up on arrival at the Event. |
