Event Prayer Ministry Team
| Purpose: To pray with the men who respond to the invitation at the altar call during a Promise Keepers Event by praying with them. (You will not miss any of Event.) |

| Commitment Level: Pre-Event: (Auckland only) If able, attend prayer meetings, held 1 night per week for 6 weeks prior to Event. Event: 1 or 2 Days of Event Friday 6.00 – 9.45pm Saturday 8.15am – 9.30pm Total prayer time approx 1 hour |
Responsibilities: Pre-Event: Pray, pray, pray During Event: Pray with men after altar call. Enjoy the Event and be blessed. |

Responsibilities pre-Event:
| 1. | Make sure you are registered to attend the Event. |
| 2. | Pray for the men attending the Event, and the Organising Team. |
| 3. | Commit to attend the orientation and briefing session to receive instructions and times required. |
Responsibilities during Event:
| 1. | Prior to the start of the Event, check in at the Volunteers Check-in Desk/Help Desk. The people at that desk will direct you to where to report for the short 15-minute orientation and briefing to receive general instructions and prepare you for any challenges specific to the auditorium. |
| 2. | Pray with attendees after altar calls according to the briefing you receive on Friday before the Event (see above). |

| 5. | Become familiar with Ephesians 2:8-9 and pray for those who will make decisions for Christ at the Event. |
Hours:
| Friday: (Approximately 45 minutes total) | |
| 1. | Prior to Event check in and receive the orientation and briefing. |
| 2. | During the altar call, pray with a small group of men. |
| Saturday: (Approx 30 minutes) | |
| 1. | Prayer and ministry to men after some sessions as required. |
| 2. | If required, pray with young men at Transition Youth Event altar call – approx. 30 minutes total. |
