Endure to Win

Too many teachings these days no longer make it known that it takes an all-out fight to remain loyal to the King. To be honest, there are times where I want to throw in the towel because of the chaos of life but then I remember when I was back in the US Marine Corps that no matter how I felt I must "suck it up and keep tracking"! I realised the Christian walk is not one for the weak-minded but rather for those who are completely sold out to the truth of God revealed in the Bible. To be honest, many Christians are extremely weak and expect God to do everything for them. I have never seen that displayed in the Bible. Yes there are limitations to man and that is when God says "now it is My turn to display My power!" Of course God is also a lover and I'm thankful that I am learning that, but I never forget that God is powerful too. So, being in the military has taught me personally how to fight for what I believe in and to endure the hardships that come being in a battle when fighting for the King to expand his kingdom.
