Workshop for Men’s Ministry

Men want to succeed! No-one sets out to lose. Christian men want to grow spiritually and move forward. This workshop will examine the particular ways your church can grow men as disciples as part of your church community. Whether your Men’s Ministry is just beginning or if it has been in existence for a number of years, our expert Men’s Ministry Coaches will work individually with you, talk with you about the issues you are currently facing and assist you to develop customised solutions to bring your Men’s Ministry up to the next level.

Bring men out of isolation and passivity. Engage, involve and connect men with other men and the mission of your church. Men reaching men, courageously pursuing God together.

This Promise Keepers workshop will provide an overview on effective Men’s Ministry, then progress into four in-depth workshop options, led by our experienced Ministry with Men Coaches. You and your team will have the opportunity to attend two of the following four options:

Vision
• What is the purpose of your Men’s Ministry?
• Where will your vision take your men?
Strategy
• How will a clear strategy with achievable results help you to implement the vision?
• How do you plan a process of spiritual growth for your men?
Team
• Which skills do you need to get where you are going?
• Which men have these skills, and how will you identify and involve them?
Goals
• When will your goals be achieved by?
• When will you be able to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of these goals?

For maximum results, bring as many of your Men’s Ministry team (or potential team) as you can to this workshop. Together we will help you to lay foundations for success, and give you customised answers that you can take home with you.

Note: If you have previously attended a Developing Spiritual Champions workshop, you are especially welcome to come again - to reinforce the concepts you have heard, and attend the workshop breakouts you missed last time.
